Position:  HelpDesk and inventory management system design engineer

Qualifications:

• University degree.
• Special training:
• Completed courses on:
• HP OpenView products;
• BMC/Remedy products;
• Computer Accosiates products;
• Certificates:
• ITIL foundation;
• ITIL Service Manager;
• HP OV ServiceDesk,
• Remedy.
• 5 or more years of experience in the field. Preferences given to candidates experienced in one of the following areas:
• design documentation development;
• project management;
• previously occupied positions of senior specialist, department head or maintenance service head.
• Professional skills:
• should be familiar with HP OpenView, or BMC, or Computer Accosiates products;
• able to use ITIL, ITSM, BSM, Cobit methodologies.
• Good technical English.
• Registration - Moscow.
