Z-2 series B firewall successfully passed certification tests for class 2 protection products, absence of undeclared capacities to meet level 2 control requirements, as well as correspondence between declared and actual functions. Certificate N 266 of June 22, 2004 confirms Z-2 compliance with norms and regulations issued by the Ministry for Defense of the Russian Federation and State Technical Commission of Russia.

Z-2 firewall has the highest protection class in the market and can be employed in National Security-class systems. Certificate issued by the ministry for Defense makes it possible to use Z-2 at all agencies subordinate to it, as well as in other organizations with similar security requirements.

At the same time, Jet Info Systems acquired a Certificate N 98, which enables the company to use standard conformance mark for the certified product. Previously Z-2 received State Technical Commission’s class 2 protection and level 2 undeclared capacities control certificate (2 ) product. It was also the first product to be certified by the State Technical Commission on the requirements contained in the guidelines “IT security assessment criteria” and to receive a certificate confirming its compliance with security task and reliability assessment level 4+ (enhanced) provided by “Firewalls” security profile.

Certificate N 266 issued on June 22, 2004 effective till June 21, 2007, for the Z-2 series B firewall.
