According to Maxim Papin, director of the Service Center, “The new service will let our Moscow and regional customers contact the central office at any given time and be sure that the set task will be controlled from a common control center and all the necessary resources needed to fulfill it will be immediately engaged. Besides, all this is very convenient since all our numerous regional customers now have common uplink with the SC.”

The Service Center of Jet Info Systems was founded in 1994. Within the time of its existence it has become one of Russia’s hugest enterprises specializing in comprehensive servicing of complex information systems. Today over 200 state-owned and commercial organizations located on the whole territory of Russia and CIS countries receive constant technical support of the Service Center.
