Jet Info Systems Service Center and MTS Company cooperate since 2000. Since 2002 there is an individual support program for optimum service. This program has been developed specially for MTS Company. Under the Agreement signed at the first stages of cooperation, Jet Info Systems Service Center provided support for 19 regional branches of MTS company. At the beginning of 2005 there were 41 regional branches which get this support. Now 64 branches of MTS Company receive support.

The Jet Info Systems support program for MTS Company is directed to minimize possible failures of computer complexes operations; to provide operative reaction in cases of failures and maximal reduce system downtime in these cases.

Michael Minkovsky, director of IT Architecture Department of MTS Company, noted the following: «We are satisfied with cooperation with the Jet Info Systems Company. All the time MTS receives a high level of service from Jet Info Systems Service Center - both in preventive actions and in case of force-major circumstances. Highly skilled team of experts provides successful and timely projects implementation with high quality of work».

Jet Info Systems Service Center branches in Povolzhje will start their work already in the end of August, 2006.

Maxim Papin, the head of Jet Info Systems Service Center told: «We have been cooperating with MTS Company for about 6 years, and it was always very important for us to satisfy all this Customer’s needs as much as possible operatively and qualitatively. Therefore it is necessary for us to be close to each other. It will not only simplify our interaction, but also creates prerequisite for the further expansion of a rendered services spectrum».
