The Forum is an annual event arranged by the Association of Russian Banks. Jet Info Systems was among the sponsors of this year’s Forum.
The XI International Integrated Banking System Developers Forum took place from September 19 to 22 in Kosmos Hotel, (150 Mir Av., Moscow). It brought together about 800 participants and took 4 full working days instead of traditional three.
Forum’s central goal of the Forum is to assist banks and other financial organizations in implementing new solutions provided by IBS developers, as well as to discuss current situation and development prospects in the market.
Apart from IT-departments heads, the Forum hosts credit organization managers responsible for business development, reporting routines, client services and other top-managers not directly involved with automation issues.
The Forum also included an exhibition where IBS developers presented up-to-date technologies and ready-made solutions for banks and financial companies. No less than 40 companies brought their banking business automation solutions to the exhibition. Among others, FORPOST bank information system aroused considerable interest. At Jet Info Systems presentation box representatives of various banking structures could get detailed information on that particular product and all necessary help of leading experts from company’s Applied Financial Systems Department and Department for Banking and Investor Organizations.

Mr Kazakov, Department for Banking and Investor Organizations director, on behalf of JetInfoSystemsand Mr. Zuev, Forbis Ltd. CEO as the company’s exclusive partner, reported in two working groups. Introducing his report to IT-strategy and Project Implementation Experience group, Mr. Kazakov spoke on the most topical issues faced by financial organizations while developing their IT-strategy.
Healsosuggestedthewaystoaddressthem. Mr. Zuev, as representative of the company that developed FORPOST bank information system, spoke in detail on the solution and pointed to its benefits as compared to its Russian competitors in retail and banking business.
It will not be an overstatement to say that through its participation in the Forum Jet Info Systems managed to present its latest developments to experts in banking automation systems and reach a new stage in partnership with already established clients while attracting new potential customers. all news |
