From the very start Jet Info System's management realized that just selling the products is not enough. Clients need comprehensive technical support for their products. That's why in 1993 the company set up its own Service Center.

The guiding principle of the Service Center in its activities from the very first day was to always surpass the expectations of its clients. First and foremost, we offer preventive services. Thanks to a well-developed and comprehensive system of technical support, our clients saw a significant decrease in the number of failures and in the amount of out-of-service time.

Today the Service Center of the company extends its services to more than 200 clients all over Russia, from the city of Kaliningrad to far-off Vladivostok, on a 24-7 basis. The Service Center provides technical support for more than 500 corporate UNIX-based servers, 300 disk arrays and 30 cluster complexes.

Currently, Jet Info Systems Service Center employs more than 100 experts, and most of them are highly qualified professionals - our "field engineers."
